Known Issue: Error When Inserting Worksheets in Excel

    We implemented a fix and are currently monitoring the result. Please close Excel and reopen the binders, and the error should no longer appear.

    We're aware of an issue affecting some users when inserting worksheets.

    This appears to be caused by a recent change to a Microsoft library and is not related to your Office version or any updates on our side. Microsoft are aware of this and is treating it as a priority.

    We are actively monitoring the situation and will update you as soon as a resolution is available.

Degraded Performance - Active Workpaper add-in missing or unavailable

    This issue has been resolved. Microsoft confirmed that they have implemented fixes, and we are now seeing updates for add-ins flowing as expected. Please ensure that your team have the standard Workpapers Add-in installed. https://marketplace.microsoft.com/en-us/product/WA200004977?tab=Overview

    Update: We have released a temporary workaround for the Microsoft deployment issue affecting the Workpapers add-in. 

    Microsoft has expedited a replacement version of the Workpapers add-in that installs as a new Excel add-in, bypassing the caching and update issues impacting the current version. Internal testing and customer validation have confirmed that it provides the same functionality as the existing add-in. 

    Customers can deploy the replacement add-in through the Microsoft 365 Admin Centre using the same deployment process as the current add-in. Deployment instructions are available in the knowledge base article below.

    We continue to work with Microsoft while their engineering team investigates and resolves the underlying issue with the original add-in.
