Users unable to open HowNowX

    We are aware that some users are having trouble accessing HowNow X. We have identified that the issue is due to a TLS policy change implemented by Microsoft. The updated SQL Server Native Client is confirmed to comply with this new policy. To resolve this issue, please install this update to the following package: [SQL Server 2012 Native Client](https://bfsoftware.blob.core.windows.net/hownowx/SQL%20Server%202012%20Native%20Client.msi) Once the installation is complete, HowNow should open and function as expected. If you do not have permission to install this package, please contact your IT team for assistance. We apologise for any disruption this may have caused.
