We are aware that some users are having trouble accessing HowNow X. We have identified that the issue is due to a TLS policy change implemented by Microsoft. The updated SQL Server Native Client is confirmed to comply with this new policy.
To resolve this issue, please install this update to the following package:
[SQL Server 2012 Native Client](https://bfsoftware.blob.core.windows.net/hownowx/SQL%20Server%202012%20Native%20Client.msi)
Once the installation is complete, HowNow should open and function as expected.
